As the national infrastructure construction, the excavator widely used. But there is still a gap with some advanced level on excavator technology of our country .Based on the current research of our country excavator, we choose the WYL50 excavator made of Anshan Haihong Company as an example. First, drawing the machine each parts for excavator on solidworks and proceeding it the virtual assembly. Analysising the movement simulation of the working device to get the largest mining depth, the largest mining radius and the maximun uninstall height. These theory dates provide a theory basis for designers design and improve the products. The stress, deformation and modal analysis about the working device on the three typical mining condition will be carried on by using the finite elemenet software ANSYS. From those, we can get the nephogram of stress and displacement, and find the position of the biggest stress and the largest deformation. In some inherent frequency, the working device will be have a serious distortion. In practical working, we should try to avoid the circumstance to prevent the resonance and noise happened.
