With the rapid development of industrial technology, as the core of new type feeding equipment——activation feeder, vibration hopper has many advantages, such as simple structure、easy installation and operating、reliable operation、continuous and uniform feeding and the strong ability of eliminating arch bridge, has a wide range of applications in coal、 chemical、metallurgical industry, etc. However, in the operation of activation feeder, whether the structure of its parts is reasonable or not, has a great impact on its performance of feeding. Therefore, the dynamic modeling and analysis and the parameter optimization research of the feeding system have important theoretical significance and practical application.On the basis of the previously related feeder design, the paper designs a new set of vibration feeding system. After a new design, the system eliminates the splash phenomenon of materials in the process of loading and unloading materials to the belt conveyor, improves the efficiency of the delivery of large material yard significantly and has practical application value. If take the research results into the coal industry home and abroad and promote application, that will bring direct economic and social benefits certainly. The paper takes the example of the inertia flat spin oval activation feeder system within the plane context and focus on some questions such as the dynamic modeling, dynamic calculating analysis and optimization design of vibration hopper,etc, in feeder system.Firstly, the paper establish the dynamic model of activation feeder system and simplify it as the spring—mass system and on the basis of the grasp of the working principle of activation feeder, carrying out the research job of the dynamic characteristic of activation feeder system theoretically, including the establishment of vibration equations of its system and the calculation of some related theoretical data.Secondly, based on the calculation of some related theoretical data, and carry out the three—dimensional modeling job of activation feeder with the help of the three—dimensional modeling software Pro/E, and by means of the finite element analysis software ANSYS to study the complex dynamic characteristic and response of activation feeder, grasp its inherent characteristic and dynamic response. Then, to study the dynamic characteristic as well as the parameters which have impact on the feeding performance in the process of feeding, establish the dynamic model of activation feeder and establish the kinetic equation of the vibration system in the process of the movement of materials, for the subsequent chapters of the parameter optimization analysis to use.Finally, based on simulation and optimization software MATLAB, the activation feeder’s parameter optimization design is established, which improve the original design parameters and obtain the most reasonable design parameters, making its feeding performance more perfect.
