Suspension is the very important component of the automobile, through rigidity with elastic components, conduction body and wheels of force and torque between. also have very good buffer role. Most cars still passive suspension, even though it is a good design optimization, but its performance parameters is certain, can not adapt to changing conditions and therefore cannot achieve the modern automobile design requirements. Active suspension because it can according to different road can in time control suspension vibration, along with the computer and control the development of the technology of active suspension has become suspension technology advanced topic.Active suspension control is an uncertain, multi-variable system control problems. studies based on mathematical models of control but it is too hard to establish an accurate model, because the model of the complex and difficult.this paper established ADAMS virtual prototyping software,1/4Active Suspension mechanical model as a control strategy researchFirst, through the establishment of two degrees suspension system dynamics model, determine the state of the system and space equation analysis, understand the ADAMS established model principle;Through the ADAMS/Controls module determines and MATLAB simulation of the joint between the input and output variables.Secondly, the paper selects the PID control, and the fuzzy control technique, design the two technologies, and the control strategy of the Matlab/Simulink software in the establishment of the controller; In the two control strategies based on research, analysis and by combining the two control technology advantages, established the adaptive fuzzy PID controller. Fuzzy PID hold concurrently with fuzzy PID control technology, through the advantages of fuzzy control from the set of PID control parameters, more has good control performance. Establish in integral in Simulink white noise input model as a research road pavement incentive. Finally, through the ADAMS software MATLAB simulation and the joint, and compared the passive suspension and active suspension based on the responses of the incentive body vertical acceleration, the suspension travel, tires dynamic deformation still have greatly improved, confirmed the three control strategy are feasible, improve the stability of the vehicle and comfort.
