High-speed processing can significantly improve productivity and reduce the production cost, which is a very promising advanced manufacturing technology. With the rapid development of national economy, the demand of turning processing center and turn-milling combined machining tools center are rapidly growth in aviation, spaceflight, war industry, electric power, chemical and other important industrial departments. CNC turret is an important function component that gripping one or more machining tools for NC machining. The dynamic performance of CNC turret directly influence the cutting performance and efficiency of the digit control machine tool, manifest the core level of the design and manufacturing technology of digit numerical machine tool. Meanwhile, the dynamic performance of CNC turret largely depends on its dynamic characteristics of power transmission system.This topic study on the power transmission system of a new double power servo CNC turret product by a machine tools company, and the research target is to improve the dynamic characteristics of the power transmission system, it established dynamic analysis gear model and the whole gear transmission system dynamics analysis model by using dynamics analysis software ADAMS, on the basis of reviewed the relevant gear dynamics and sensitivity analysis of the development and research situation, and studied dynamic characteristics of gear transmission system, simulated the transmission process, and analysed nonlinear gear system response, it also used the virtual prototype technology for solving the vibration characteristics of multi-degree-of-freedom nonlinear gear transmission system. At last, because the basic random parameters are blended, that is, the units of parameters are different respectively so that there is no comparability between parameters’ sensitivity. The paper gets the dimensionless form and influence degree order of the sensitivity based on the theory of reliability sensitivity. Providing theoretical reference for the designed parameters of the rotor system, there is positive realistic meaning and economic value.
