In this paper, aiming at petroleum chemical device waste heat recovery system technical characteristics and energy saving measures, focused on analysis of welded corrugated plate air preheater, corrugated plate air preheater in high thermal efficiency,low pressure drop, no leaks, no dead zone. Through thermodynamic calculation, welding plate air preheater that can satisfy the technological requirements, greatly improve in thermal efficiency, after preheating the combustion air into the transformation of furnace temperature of350℃, making heat fully recycled. Low temperature air preheater used for duplex stainless steel, because of its strong corrosion resistance, especially suitable for the chlorine ions and hydrogen sulfide environment, it has good welding performance and mechanical properties and heat transfer performance, low temperature dew point corrosion problem is solved. Through the actual performance appraisal, air preheater, show good heat transfer characteristics of the flue gas outlet temperature of120℃, accord with the requirement of energy conservation and emissions reduction, suitable for reliable operation for a long period of time, and some industrial plant expansion project.
