| As an important system that guaranteed the train operation safety, ATP plays an important role in overspeed protection, interval control and protecting overrunning dangerous signal. With the increasing of train speed, the functionality of ATP system has become more and more important, and needs to be further developed and perfected. ATP is a self-discipline control system at present, and the speed protection curve only generated form on-board equipment, so the train operation safety will be threatened due to the inaccurate output of on-board equipment. In order to ensure the speed protection curve that the on-board equipment outputs is accurate so that the occurrence of such accidents as train rear-end collision and train overrunning dangerous signal would be avoided, it is necessary to research the on-board equipment and other equipment mutual-discipline control that the output of on-board equipment is supervised by other equipments.In this paper the writer studies the mechanism of mutual-discipline control which is based on self-discipline control and other-discipline control in the train control system, defines the concept of mutual-discipline control and analyzes the application of the mutual-discipline control method. On the basis of the mechanism of mutual-discipline control, output of on-board equipment would be supervised by ground equipment by researching mutual-discipline control of on-board equipment and ground equipment in ATP System of CTCS-3, including designing the structure of mutual-discipline control, researching the speed protection curve algorithm, synchronous mechanism and making perfect mutual rules. The ground equipment makes a mutual supervising with all the trains that it can administer, so the mutual-discipline control is realized in system level rather than a single device. Through mutual supervising in the mutual-discipline control, it is possible to detect the failure of on-board equipment and then give an alarm, thus avoiding occurrence of hidden danger of the train operation caused by the failure of on-board equipment. In addition, the paper proposed three schemes of mutual-discipline control in ATP System of CTCS-2considering the technology status of CTCS-2.The reliability and safety of mutual-discipline control of on-board equipment and ground equipment in ATP System of CTCS-3is analyzed in this paper. Firstly, with the hierarchy analysis method, the factors that influence reliability of system are analyzed and sorted by their influence power. Hereby, the improving measures are put forward. Secondly, the paper adopts the approach of combining dynamic fault tree and level iteration to analyze the reliability and safety of mutual-discipline control system, mainly analyzing the reliability and safety influence degree that the relevant hardware and software added to the system, which can provide reference for designing. Finally, on the basis of analyzing the reliability and safety of the system without mutual-discipline control, we can make a conclusion that the safety of mutual-discipline control system has been improved and the reliability meets the railway standards, therefore it is feasible and necessary to research the mutual-discipline control of on-board equipment and ground equipment in ATP system of CTCS-3which can effectively solve problem caused by the train rear-end collision and train overrunning dangerous signal to ensure the train operation safety. |
