Brushless DC motor adopts electronic commutator to replace the traditional mechanical commutator of Brush DC motor, eliminating a series of problems caused by the DC motor mechanical commutator, such as brush wearing、electromagnetic interference and require frequent frequent maintenance. As the same time, the Brushless DC motor inherited some important advantages from Brush DC motor like the wide speed range, large torque, smooth operation, and etc. So the research of Brushless DC motor control system has a very important significance.This article is based on the research of the relevant literature at home and abroad, introduces the development process and relevant characteristics of Brushless DC motor; analysis of body design and working principle of operation of brushless DC motor; Based on the disadvantages of existing sensorless detection technology and the limitation of the applications, this paper adopts the position sensor detecting the rotor position. In the process of the actual control of speed, when need to adjust the parameter features of the object changes make corresponding adjustment, based on the traditional PID control algorithm is not "adaptive" setting function, so on the basis of traditional PID control algorithm to design a kind of based on RBF neural network PID control algorithm, using MATLAB to establish the simulation model of brushless dc motor control system based on motor speed, torque, current analysis, the simulation results verify the correctness and feasibility of the control algorithm. This article USES made of the current loop and speed loop double closed-loop cascade speed regulation control system. Among them, the current loop as the inner ring, quickly restrain disturbance such as load current and voltage, improve the anti-interference of the system. The speed loop as the outer ring, keep speed with a given astatic, improve the stability of system.In this article, based on TMS320F2812brushless dc motor control system is designed, and the design of its hardware and software part has carried on the detailed introduction. This is proved by experiments and position sensor brushless dc motor control system has simple structure, the advantages of strong adaptability, has broad application prospects.
