Dc motor as a kind of important modern industrial electromechanical energy conversion device has been widely used. Position sensor for brushless dc motor, the disadvantages, this article in the current commonly used sensorless control technology on the basis of through the counter electromotive force detection is studied the basic principle and implementation method of rotor position. With the development of micro control, full digital control system has been widely used in dc motor, controller adopts the DSP control chip TMS320F2812, this paper its powerful computing capacity in sensorless brushless dc motor control field has great superiority.Based on the basic principle of brushless dc motor, the mathematical model on the basis of the elaboration and analysis, through the MATLAB/Simulink simulation software to build a nonposition brushless dc motor control system simulation platform, and the platform is used to validate the control algorithm, the results show that there is no place in brushless dc motor double closed loop speed regulation system to be able to have very good speed regulation performance.No position according to the overall control scheme of the brushless dc motor control system to complete the realization of the hardware, design of the rotor power drive circuit and detection circuit, power drive circuit with IR21367 and repurposed, rotor is based on the counter electromotive force detection circuit principle and calculation to achieve zero correlation. The reliability of the two parts of circuit are verified by experiments.Control system software adopts the modular programming ideas, using C language to write, the control system has good versatility and expansibility. Finally, combining with the system of the whole control system for experimental study, obtained the motor work waveform. By comparison with experimental results and analysis, has a brush dc motor, show no position of brushless dc motor speed control performance has some superiority.
