In order to obtain the required transmission ratio and improve the work efficiency, a large quantity of transmission mechanism was required in the actual production.now the structure of the multistage transmission mechanism tend to be more complex, large space occupation, corresponding larger weight,maintenance inconvenience. and yet the light transmission mechanism is difficult to meet the required transmission ratio again, when carrying larger, it will be easy to damage again. Therefore this paper designed a new kind of the ring-plate-type inner cycloid pin gear planetary transmission mechanism.this mechanism had the advantages of compact structure, big transmission ratio, strong carrying capacity and so on. At the same time, this paper had carried on related research around the dynamic analysis of the ring-plate-type inner cycloid pin gear planetary transmission mechanism and so on.Firstly, the transmission principle of the ring-plate-type inner cycloid pin gear planetary transmission mechanism was introduced, determined the main design parameters of the mechanism, inner cycloid tooth profile curve equation was deduced, the stress of the pin gear was analyzed, to calculate the transmission ratio and transmission efficiency, researched the balance of the mechanism, and put forward a method of balancing shaking moment.Secondly, the parts drawing and two dimension assembly drawing of the mechanism was completed, established a three dimensional entity model of the mechanism based on solidworks, and established dynamical model of the ring-plate-type inner cycloid pin gear planetary transmission system, deduced the dynamics differential equation of the system and solve it, and obtained the natural frequency of the system.Thirdly, this paper based on adams and establish the virtual prototype model of the mechanism, conducted the dynamic simulation analysis and verify the transmission ratio, obtained the meshing force curve of the inner cycloid pin gear, and analyzed the simulation result. This paper had carried on modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of the mechanism based on workbench and obtained natural frequency of each order, modal figure and the frequency response curves.Finally, this paper made the physical prototype, it ran successfully and proved that the principle is feasible, meanwhile, this paper had carried on modal experiment research about the prototype and provided certain basis for more analysis dynamic and improved dynamic characteristic.
