Double crank ring-plate-type cycloid drive is a new-type drive that has a widely application foreground, which possess the merits of small volume, light weight, wide range of transmission ratio, high efficiency, calm operating, well knit-structure, high load-capacity and so on. At present, it is widely used by lots of industry, such as transportation , petroleum, chemical industry, mine, architecture and light industry. It has became more and more important to us to reduce it's fatigue and to lighten it's vibration and yawn. So, the study of the vibration and yawn to the tooth transmission system and the study of examination has turn into a important task at home and abroad.The thesis is based on the national nature scientific fund organized project—double crank ring-plate–type cycloid drive dynamic response optimize design and experiment study. On the basic of the present theory to the cycloid–pin planet drive, surround the starting point of decrease vibration, reduce yawn and improve dynamic capability to study the dynamic capability of the double crank four ring-plate-type cycloid reducer driven by three gears.Disport the reducer as some single structure, using the lumped parameter method to establishing the elasticity dynamics model, calculated the main stiffness and using soft Matlab to calculate the natural frequency changing chart of system. To analyzed the natural frequency of the old and new specimen. At the same time, using the finite element analysis soft Ansys to analyzing the mode of the complex structure, namely ring-plate and box, at the end to gain the mode and natural frequency of the single structure. At the end, make a comparing of the mode result of the old and the new specimen.Used the east vibration testing soft DASP and the multi-center yawn testing soft Artemis at abroad to test the vibration and yawn of the old specimen of the reducer. The made a comparing to the result of the theory analysis and the result of the experiment. At the end, some suggestion will turn out.Established the kinematics model and dynamic model with the movement clearance, and calculated the dynamic equation of the reducer and gain the dynamic characteristic. Discussed the influence of the movement clearance to the dynamic characteristic. It is import to gain the reason clearance.
