The semi-precast reinforced concrete superimposed slab which is suitable forChina’s industrialization of residential structure system is well preferred in the nationalmarket and used gradually in the project. The superimposed floor is made byconnecting the precast bottom slab on the board side and pouring upper concrete toform a complete floor in the project. Some researches about the connections have beenmade home and abroad, while there are some limitations. This paper investigates themechanical properties of connections by setting different forms in theconnections. This paper is about a kind of superimposed floor with lattice girder andthe method of connection is a surface attached rib type. The lattice girder spacedifferently in the length range of the surface attached rib.Through the static loadingtest of two concentration loads, this paper discusses the mechanical properties ofconnection slabs by setting lattice girder differently.First of all,the paper researches the effect of setting lattice girder to the rigid of floorwith three totally superimposed slabs without connection. The results turns out that therigid of floor with lattice girder improves a little. The second group of six connectingsuperimposed floors have three different ways of setting lattice girder in theconnection, one without lattice girder and three different slab thickness with the sameway of setting lattice girder. The test results show that the slab without lattice girder isbrittle failure while the other slabs with lattice girder is plastic failure. The latticegirder have a good constraint effect to the precast and the cast parts of the slabs and thelattice girder in the connection have a constraint effect to the horizontal cracksdevelopment along the superimposed surface around the mid-spanconnection.Concentrating the lattice girder in the connection can improve the crackdevelopment form avoiding the concentrated vertical cracks in the connection ofmid-span.The joint doesn’t affect the deflection curve of connecting slabs underloading.Because of the lattice girder around the joint, the connecting steel in the upperof slab and the longitudinal steel in the bottom of precast slab can achieve a good forcetransmission in the joint.Based on the test, the finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to simulateand the numerical results are in good agreement with the test results. The model andparameters are reliable.
