The Design Of Power Capacitor Sound Power Level Measurement System And Error Analysis

With the rapid development of economy in our country, the power consumption isbecoming more and more big, under the background high voltage transmissiontechnology is developing quickly, converter station is an important part of thetransmission, but the noise problem can not be underestimated, electric power capacitorbecause of the high amount of noise contribution become main control object in theconverter station, if want to control the noise effectively, we need accuratelymeasurement noise radiated sound power level, and carefully analyze the frequencycharacteristic. this paper in accordance with the anechoic chamber and a semi-anechoicchamber sound power level measurement precision law standard, using LabVIEWvirtual instrument development platform, developed the power capacitor sound powerlevel measurement and spectrum analysis system, the system adopts the NI USB9234high-performance dynamic data acquisition equipment, has the functions of dataacquisition、the sound power level measurement、power spectrum analysis、correlationanalysis、cepstrum analysis、sound pressure level measurement、third octave analysis、multifunctional signal generator、frequency response function and coherence functionanalysis、data storage、report automatical generation、the user login and managementbased on database technology, this system has good scalability、 low cost、 shortdevelopment cycle、and can be applied to actual engineering survey and laboratory.This paper first introduced the related theory knowledge and the national standardwhich the system adopts by; Then in detail elaborated the system software and hardwaredesign method; Afterward through comparing with commercial software planet ECON，verify the algorithm of main functional modules，and analyze the error with ECON;Finally the actual test is made by this system to verify its practicability and reliability.
