| Transmission line is important production equipment in manufacturing industry. Itplays an important role in the manufacturing and assembly process with the function ofimproving production efficiency and reducing human input it’s performance willdirectly affect the quality of the product. According to different forms of transport andtransmission, it can be divided into several types. The research object of this thesis isthe friction roller line during the assembly process of DCT. Bevel gear and drive shaftof the transmission system as the key parts, it’s structure and characteristics of theperiodic force determined that the fatigue failure is the main failure mode. Therefore,the analysis of bevel gear fatigue life has a great significant on increasing reliabilityand safety in the assembly process.The common analysis methods of fatigue life are nominal stress analysis, localstress-strain analysis and fracture mechanics methods etc. In this thesis, using thenominal stress method combined with computer simulation technology to predict thefatigue life of the bevel gear. Firstly, described the general idea of nominal stress.Secondly, making a series simulation analysis of the key parts. The main contents areas follows:(1) Transmission system dynamics mode was established. Through the analysis ofAdams software simulation,geted the bevel gear meshing force and torsional axis ofrotation time course curve.(2) Concept of raining flow counting method was described, and used Tecwaredata processing software analyzed load spectra that obtained from dynamicsimulation,and got rain flow histogram of meshing force and torsional forces,whichlaid the foundation for the subsequent fatigue life simulation.(3) Finite element stress analysis was used on the bevel gear and drive shaft to getthe stress distribution,which provided stress input conditions for fatigue life analysis.(4) Used Designlife software and combined with the former analysis,geted bevelgear and drive shaft fatigue life contours under a certain working condition, thusprovided time node of replacement of parts and assembly line security. |
