| As part of automobile panels, sunroof is commonly hemmed with table-top or robots.Firstly, this dissertation introduced the hemming technology, summarized compositionsand design considerations of robot roller hemming and table-top hemming. It proposeda design scheme of table-top in this paper. Secondly, this article researched on thefinite analysis of the robot roller hemming process. By comparing the analysis results,mass scaling method was demonstrated to be successfully applied in FEA analysis ofrobot roller hemming process. Additionally, orthogonal test was used to study how theTCP-RTP values of each step have influence on the flange height of the sunroof and toclarify the main factors and secondary factors of sunroof hemming. This dissertationmainly focused on mechanical design method of table-top and impact factor of robotroller hemming, which not only provides reference to follow-up studies,but alsoprovides guidance for engineering practice. |
