| The rationality of structure of the working device in scraper determines the workingsize and performances of the whole scraper. Design method for working device willdirectly affect the efficiency, dynamic characteristics and performance of the scraper. Inthis dissertation, a multi-objective optimization method is applied to the design of theworking device of the scraper, aiming to make working device compact, reliable andsafety. Main research of this dissertation is as follows:(1) The first step is the linkage optimization of the working device of the scraper,aiming to get an optimal size and space position of each linkage. First of all, themulti-objective optimization mathematical model is established by selecting thecoordinates of the hinged points as design variables and the times force coefficientunder the shoveling and lifting conditions as the objective functions. Secondly, GeneticAlgorithm is selected to solve the model. Finally, it is concluded that the optimizationresults are reasonable.(2) The second step is the dynamic simulation analysis of working device by usingthe ADAMS software. the dynamic simulation results show that optimization results inthe first step have good feasibility and the working device has good workingperformance.(3) The third step is the structure optimization of the large arm. First of all, the finiteelement method is used for large arm force analysis. Secondly, the multi-objectiveoptimization mathematical model is established by selecting the thickness of the largearm coaming, connecting panel, ear panel and side panel as the design variables whileselecting max-min value of stress and displacement under the various operatingconditions and the minimum total mass as the objective functions. Finally, SimulatedAnnealing Algorithm is selected to solve optimization mathematical model anddetermines the optimization scheme.(4) The fourth step is reliability analysis of results in the third step using Six SigmaMethod. Reliability Optimization Design is carried out using Six Sigma multi-objectiveoptimization mathematical model. The final optimization scheme can be determinedthrough the reliability optimization design. |
