With the rapid development of China's manufacturing industry,the application field of hydraulic technology expands more and more widely.At the same time,the combination of hydraulic technology and electrical control technology is more and more closely.In the systerm of electromagnetic proportional control,the performance of electromagnetic proportional directional valve which is an important control component directly affects the accuracy and stability of the whole control system.So the performance test design of test bench about ectromagnetic proportional directional valve is of vital significance.A set of electromagnetic proportional directional valve test bench is designed and developed and the theory and method of static and dynamic characteristic test of electromagnetic proportional valve are studied deeply in this topic.The main aspects are as follows:1.The structure principle and test content of the electromagnetic proportional valve are discussed in detail.The performance parameters of the electromagnetic proportional valve are described according to the characteristic curve and the test principle and method of the static and dynamic characteristics are analyzed.2.According to the national test standard and its own test requirements,the schematic design of hydraulic system,hydraulic component selection and site construction design,the design scheme of experimental platform of hydraulic system is established.Then,according to the functional requirements and precision requirements of the test system,a set of test and control system composed of Visual C ++ 6.0 test software,PC industrial computer,programmable controller,data acquisition card,proportional amplifier and related sensors is designed.3.The simulation model of the test bed test system is built by using AMESim simulation software,and its static performance is simulated.The simulation results show that the reliability of the test system and the relevant factors have influences on the test results.4.Treating the 4WRA type electromagnetic proportional valve which is producted byBeijing Huade Hydraulic Company as a research object,the static and dynamic characteristics of the test is carried out by means of the performance test bench of electromagnetic proportional valve.The operation methods of each test project and the use of the measurement and control software are described in detail.Through the relevant performance analysis of the measured curve,the performance indexes of the test valve are obtained.This paper has applied a variety of disciplines such as electromechanical,hydraulic and drive control and software development.A set of electromagnetic proportional valve performance test bench is developed theoretically and has been put into use already.All in all,the exploration of this subject has a solid theoretical basis and a high practical value.
