Vehicular Ad Hoc Network (VANET) can support network access, video streaming and content distribution, provide real-time news/entertainment multimedia resources for vehicle users, brings great benefits to people’s daily lives. As vehicles and road-side units in VANET are equipped on wireless communication devices, so the vehicles can obtain multimedia files by the communication of Vehicular to Vehicular(V2V) and Vehicular to RSU(V2R). But in V2V communication, instability of the communication link and selfish behavior of rational vehicles may lead to failure of multimedia resources query and cooperative transmission. In V2R communication, malicious vehicles send spam to RSU, blocking communications of legitimate vehicles and RSU, so that legitimate vehicles may not access the RSU and not obtain the source multimedia files; meanwhile malicious vehicles forge and theft content of V2R communications, so that the legitimate vehicles can not get the complete multimedia packages.In many technologies involved in VANET, multimedia data sharing is one of the difficult problems to be solved. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of multimedia cooperative sharing on VANET, the paper mainly studies the following two aspects:Firstly, chain scission and selfish of vehicles lead to lower retrieve files rate and high retrieve delay, multimedia cooperative sharing mechanism based on P2P-BT in VANET is proposed by the paper. As high mobility and irregular topology changes of VANET, it is difficult that the traditional static P2P-BT can work well in VANET. So accordance with features and the trajectory of vehicles in VANET, the hierarchical architecture of VANET is established. Then the paper proposes a based Tracker multimedia file query mechanism and retrieval mechanism based on indirect reciprocity game, where the paper uses the indirect reciprocity game to motivate vehicles to cooperate and share, improving search rate and efficiency of V2V communications file transfer.Secondly, in the V2R communications, when the vehicle is located within the overlapping coverage of multiple RSUs, in order to solve the problem of secure access and communication, the paper presents a model based Steinberg game, and integrates Visual Cryptography into the game model. The game model not only meets pursuit of interests of the RSU, but also maximizes the utility of the vehicles. Visual Cryptography method avoids malicious vehicles to attack RSU, intercept and forge V2R communications content. This increases communication delay and improves resource utilization and the integrity of the message. So that the vehicle can successfully access to RSU, and download resources from the RSU, improving vehicle user satisfaction.Currently, The research of VANET and P2P networks are two hotspots in and distributed computing and mobile communication networks research field, the study of this paper provides some suggestions and technical support to the work of P2P and VANET for future research, so the paper has a important practical significance and research value.
