The Research Of Expansion Project Schedule Management On Zibei Oil Production Plant Lu Jiasi Injection Plant

Project schedule management is an important part of project management, and projectschedule is the basis of project schedule management-The quality of its programmingschedule will be directly related to the fulifllment of business conducted with the constructioncontract. Therefore, the role of the preparation of the project schedule throughout the projectschedule management and the entire project management are very important.Currently, the vast majority of projects are used to CPM/PERT-based network planningtechniques to prepare the schedule of the project. However, since most traditional method ofprepairng the project schedule there are many constraints, so the actual application process islikely to cause delays in the project duration. Based on the above technical traditional projectschedule planning method, using a key chain technology, which to some extent ovecrome theshortcomings of traditional schedule development, and thus better able to provide thetheoretical basis for progress management.In this paper, the Zibei oil production plant Lu Jiasi injection plant expansion project asan example, analyzes the status of their project schedule management, but also in-depthanalysis of the limitations of traditional project schedule management, especially for thedevelopment of critical chain schedule to do a more in-depth research, while the use of cirticalchain network planning theory and method of combining technologies to improve theestimates and projcct schedule arrangements for the duration of the project work, the use ofbuffers and buffer calculation methods for early warning mechanism to monitor the progressof the project, so as to effectively the engineering processes to solve complex relationships,the duration of the multi unforeseen factors and other relevant schedule management problems.Engineeirng practice shows that the critical chain technology has great prospects fordevelopment in the project planning and implementation management.
