As the place where the voltage and current are exchanged in the power system,and the power plants are connected with large and medium-sized enterprises and residential users,the substation becomes more and more important in today's increasingly prosperous economic development.With the development of science and technology,more and more high-voltage substations are being built,and the construction technology is required higher and higher.But at the same time,we should also be aware that there are still many problems in the civil construction and equipment installation of the substation,among which the more prominent is the problem of project delay.The long preparation period of construction,the delay of material purchase and fund application under the ERP system management,and the low efficiency of construction under the background of state-owned enterprises all restrict the construction progress of substation construction project,but the most important influencing factors are the old project progress management method,the delay caused by the lack of experience in planning and control managementThe traditional schedule management of substation construction projects mostly adopts the method of critical path,and simply considers the logical relationship between individual projects,thus neglecting the ideological dynamic of construction personnel and the constraint of construction efficiency,human resources,financial resources and other resources.In the case of loose schedule and sufficient resources,the disadvantages of management methods can be hidden,but in the project with tight time,heavy tasks and lack of resources,it is very difficult to implement.The application of key chain technology in the schedule management of substation construction project can fully consider the influence factors of human and resources.Optimize the traditional management method,identify the key chain of the project,reduce the redundant safety time in the construction process through scientific calculation,so as to optimize the project construction process management and shorten the construction cycleThis paper takes 220kV a substation construction project as an example,explains many problems existing in its preparatory process and construction process,and solves them after introducing key chain technology,so as to discuss the applicability and necessity of key chain technology in modern high voltage substation construction project from point to point.In the aspect of project schedule,the paper mainly uses the method of combination of qualitative evaluation and quantitative analysis to determine the construction cycle estimation process of each single project and the limitation of critical path method of substation A.in the aspect of project schedule control,it also determines the project delay caused by the delay of bidding of some single projects and the poor civil coordination of some tower foundation projects in substation a At the same time,the key chain technology is used to scientifically reduce the safety time,balance the constraints of individual engineering resources,re optimize the preparation of a substation project schedule,and use the elastic coefficient method to calculate the buffer zone to reasonably control the project schedule,and finally take the necessary project schedule control measures to ensure that the project is completed on scheduleThe introduction of key chain technology not only avoids the impact of delay on the overall construction period of the project due to the lack of preparatory work,but also provides a good reference for similar substation construction projects in the future by optimizing the allocation of resources and the protection of buffer zone.
