With the continuous development of the world economy, energy and environmental problems is becoming prominent. Energy saving and emission reduction have become one of the necessary conditions for the development of the world industry. Because of the particularity of Fe-based amorphous material, the permanent magnet synchronous motor based on amorphous material has the characteristics of low loss and high efficiency, which are obvious in the case of high-speed rotation of the motor. Just based on these characteristics of amorphous material PMSM, this paper made research on its flux-weakening control.Based on the analysis of the advantage of Fe-based amorphous material to design and manufacture, this paper introduces the design of amorphous material PMSM, and deduces its mathematical model.On the basis of the concepts of voltage limit circle and current limit circle, the flux-weakening control principle of PMSM was analysed, and the flux-weakening control strategy of outer voltage loop was proposed, then the control scheme was designed. By adding an outer voltage loop based on the classical vector control of id=0, the flux-weakening current was produced on the straight shaft, and the space magnetic field was changed, thus the purpose of flux-weakening control was implemented.The simulation model of flux-weakening control system was established on Matlab/Simulink platform, and the simulation results proved the correctness and effectiveness of the flux-weakening control scheme.Based on the flux-weakening control system of PMSM, the control system of PMSM that could realize constant torque control and flux-weakening control was designed, then the specific design scheme of the hardware and software was given.By the no-load flux-weakening experiment and the efficiency comparison experiment between the two different materials motor, the experimental results proved the feasibility of the flux-weakening control system and the efficiency of the PMSM made of amorphous material.
