With the continuous development of microelectronics technology, power electronics andmotor manufacturing technology, Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) servosystems continue deep into the lives of the residents, the military weapons production andother fields of society can be involved too, at the same time people on the performance of itsaccuracy, robustness on other aspects also have higher requirements. The need for permanentmagnet synchronous motor parameters phenomenon still exists in the current control strategy,however, permanent magnet synchronous motor parameters in actual operation will continueto float within a certain range that along with its operating environment, changes in state andoperating life. Therefore, the effect of precise real-tine parameters on the servo system shouldnot be overlook.This paper studies on the electrical parameters of the permanent magnet synchronousmotor (the stator resistance, the d/q-axis inductance, permanent magnet flux) onlineidentification technology. And according to the simulation results verify the influence of motorparameters to control. Successfully designed simulation system of online parameteridentification proved the feasibility of the method used in this paper, and the hardwareplatform perfected the practical application properties of the subject. This paper studies beginon the following aspects:This paper use of id=0method of vector control of PMSM firstly. According to the theoryof vector control established of Clarke module, Park module and SVPWM module, to realizedthe vector control of PMSM in the simulation test.Then adopt the method of model reference adaptive design the adjustable model and theparameter adaptive law of PMSM stator resistance, d/q-axis inductance and permanentmagnet flux, and established the recognition module of the three parameters in Simulink,achieved the goal of parameter identification. Next combined with the PMSM control systemand parameter identification system to complete the online identification system of PMSMparameterFinally, according to the results of simulation experiments, used DSP2812as main control chip of system, set up the hardware platform for a1.8kW of PMSM, and realizedSVPWM control.
