Along with the gradual improvement of the modern power electronic technology, permanent magnet synchronous motor can be gradually play it is simple in structure and utilization efficiency of many features of higher, and people of motor control accuracy requirements gradually improve the permanent magnet synchronous motor advantages will be further highlighted, scope of application also gradually widened. At present, permanent magnet synchronous motor is widely used in machinery and equipment, aerospace, elevators, household appliances, marine and other fields, the characteristics of the high power, high speed, controllers, high efficiency, light quality of energy saving and environmental protection and efficient high quality service has great role in promoting, which is always magnet synchronous motor development trend.The traditional control method of permanent magnet synchronous motor is to use the speed sensor to monitor the speed and position information of the motor in real time, and then participate in the operation control as feedback. However, there are many problems in this control mode, the existence of the speed sensor increases the cost of manufacturing and maintenance, and the installation of speed sensor will have a greater impact on monitoring accuracy. In order to reduce the cost of manufacture and maintenance, people of permanent magnet motor control strategy put forward new requirements, at this time, non speed sensor vector control strategy in recent years become a focus in the field of motor control research based on, for a variety of fast algorithms arises at the historic moment, the permanent magnet synchronous motor control field has reached a new height.The permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control technology of the speed sensorless algorithm are studied and discussed, three kinds of commonly used algorithm for high-speed control environment:the back EMF method, sliding mode observer algorithm and model reference adaptive algorithm MATLAB simulation, analysis of the advantages and disadvantages, in order to meet the requirements of different control the application and selection of appropriate methods to provide some help, and the design of the speed sensorless control scheme which is suitable for the application of washing machine of permanent magnet synchronous motor, stepless speed regulation can be achieved from low to high, and with load startup, sudden load and load capacity are reversed, the experimental results show that the design in this paper, the scheme can achieve a good application of speed sensorless control of permanent magnet synchronous motor in washing machine platform, and achieved good Good application effect. In addition, to solve some of the problems encountered in the experiment, this paper also of permanent magnet synchronous motor parameter identification of rotor position and orientation problems were study, get some proper solution, and used them in the control scheme, in the experiment reached better control effect, have certain practical value.
