Coal-fired boiler is widely used in various sectors of manufacture in our country,such as coal-fired power plants, thermal power plant, heat supply boiler rooms andother department, and it is an important thermal technology equipment. Howeverexhaust fume thermal loss is one of the biggest boiler heat loss. In recent years, as theenergy problem is more and more serious, gradually limited non-renewable resourcesof coal, and the reason for serious environmental pollution problems is flue gasemissions from coal combustion. Problems have shown that saving coal resourcesand reducing pollution from coal combustion is our country energy science worker’sprimary problem.Firstly, the boiler exhaust smoke temperature lower than the dew point of fluegas temperature is analyzed, on this basis, a set of new type of low temperatureeconomizer system being able to run in the condensation of the flue gas environmentis designed. Secondly analyzes the mechanism of wet dust, based on thecharacteristics of wet dust, ash removal device in order to clear of wet dust attachedto the heating surface tube is designed. Finally focuses on the wet dust shape,analyzes the influential elements of the wet dust. And draw out the appearance of wetdust under the action of accumulated on the heating surface to establish theoreticalbasis for further research on removing wet dust. The cost of installation of new typeof low temperature economizer and the power consumption of dust removing areanalyzed and calculated. It discovery that whether in theory or economic, existingboiler system with a new type of low temperature economizer in removal of wet dustis feasible by comparison.Therefore, the new low-temperature economizer studied in this paper, canrecycle the waste heat of boiler, improve thermal efficiency of boiler and reduce theoperation cost of the boiler, so it can be a guidance method of boiler transformation.
