During the deep sea salvage operations, crane rope of operation ship may takeplace fracture phenomenon due to the influence of wave, therefore cause an accidentor lead to loss of property. For this case, relevant experts and scholars have studiedand researched and put forward the corresponding method of wave compensation. Butthe traditional compensation method has low compensation efficiency, and it not beable to compensate better. Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional methods, thispaper proposed and designed a kind of new active wave compensation pre-controlsystem. In the forecast cycle it calculates the displacement of the heavy lifting pointsof the whole control cycle combined with the wave forecasting device, and makes fullcompensation for the displacement in the later compensation cycle by usingcompensation action device. Then moves to the next control cycle, goes round andbegins again and runs through the whole salvage work stage. The research in thispaper takes the new deep-sea operation ship wave compensation pre-control system asstudy object, and it provide ideas and theoretical reference for the following study,The main contents are as follows:(1) To do detail analysis of the principle, structure and characteristics of theforeign wave compensation system that have been commercial and have betterapplication effect, at the same time, At the same timeļ¼Œestimated the study of wavecompensation system on domestic in detail. When introducing the domestic andforeign wave compensation methods, we also take their advantages and disadvantagesto do analysis.(2) The author innovative designed a set of wave forecast device, it can takesamples of ship ups and downs displacement that caused by wave in forecast periodon real-time and uninterrupted. Get the law of wave ups and downs and the liftingpoint displacement at the end of control period by calculating the sampling data.(3) Designed a set of wave compensation action device. The device is capable forfull compensation of the predict displacement of lifting point that has been calculatedin the previous step of whole control period.(4) Built model of compensation action device by using bond graph language,confirmed the parameters of the various components of the device. Taken the bondgraph model to do dynamic simulation analysis by using20-sim software, and got theresponse time of compensation action. Draw out the relationship curve ofdisplacement-time of lifting point. (5) Have done the compensation effect comparative analysis of newcompensation system. Take sine wave as the based waveform, drawn the motioncurve of lifting point after the ship has being compensation by using MATLAB,comparing this curve and the curve of sine wave before, to prove that the newcompensation system has good compensation performance. Analyzed compensationdeviation and puts forward the way to reduce the compensation deviation.(6) Analyzed method to determine the forecast period and the compensationperiod, and also analyzed the compensation deviation of system, and put forward theway to reduce the compensation deviation.
