In the 21 st century,the rich Marine mineral resources has become the object that energy explore and utilize in the world,so the mankind begening to pay attention to the Marine mineral resources and Marine ecological environment.Due to the influence of the wind and waves,ships produce irregular swing at sea,which will affects the safety operation of the ship and the ship equipment inevitably,and even lead to accidents.In order to solve such problems,this paper designed a set of active wave compensation platform which can compensate roll motion,pitch motion and heave motion of ship effectively and improve the safety of ships and ship equipment.so the active wave compensation platform can improve the working efficiency of the ship and the ship equipment.To facilitate research,this paper built a set of wave compensation experiment platform.According to the comprehensive experimental platform,this paper makes a scrutiny into control system about active wave compensation platform,and through experiments to verify the effectiveness of active wave compensation platform.First of all,according to the working principle of the active wave compensation platform,this paper build a set of wave compensation experiment platform.Based on the comprehensive experimental platform,this paper introduced the kinematics of active wave compensation platform.Secondly,based on the various technical parameters of wave compensation experiment platform,this paper has studied single channel control system of active wave compensation platform.According to the detailed technical parameters of each element,this paper created the transfer function of each partand and used Simulink software to analysis the single channel closed loop control system.In the analysis,this paper used conventional PID control algorithm and feedforward PID control algorithm to control the single channel,by comparing the two kinds of control algorithm of single channel tracking performance and tracking error,verify the effectiveness of the feedforward PID control algorithm.Finally,based on the wave compensation experiment platform,this paper take research of the single channel closed loop control system and the usefulness of the active wave compensation platform.In single channel closed loop control system experiment,this paper use the conventional PID control algorithm and the feedforward PID control algorithm,by comparing the two kinds of control algorithm control effect to demonstrate the effectiveness of feedforward PID control algorithm;in the effectiveness of the experiments,this paper use the active wave compensation platform to compensate for the ship's roll motion,pitch motion and heave motion,through comparing the movement parameters of ship with active wave compensation platform,proves the effectiveness of the active wave compensation platform.
