| Fuze is used to explode ammunation to damage a target by specific trigger method.It is the key element which guarantees the ammo’s safety and effective performance and plays an important role on gun’s killability.So it is vital to propel fuze technology’developments on intelligentialize and safety in the rapid pace of high-tec.Depending on the existing technology and studies,a new type of fuze switch system that will be more fit for the future war is designed and developed to raplace the old unsound complex-manufactruring ammo’s fuze technology. Based on the characteristics of G-value sensor and the circuit design upon the micro electronic technology,an available and reliable system can be established,with the specfic double insurance and dual redundancy and margin of switching circuit.And the algorithm and control of the system is implemented by CPLDs and microcontrollersThe mian contents of design and research as follows:(l)In this paper,through the research for the working model and pricinple of G-value sensors and the characteristics of microcontrollers and CPLDs, we can make sure that the application of both them in fuzes is available;this article states the releasing and released ammutition’s changing process of magnetic fields and accelearation,laying the theories’ foundation of the system design.(2)The concept of the fuze switch system’s circuits and elements is designed.the hardware system structrue’s reliability is verified.The algorithm in charge of threshold value and pulse width is designed,accoroding to the functions of fuze. And this algorithm is served as the first level insurance with the out of the muzzle as a node.(3)On the analysis of the experiments’results,the system is feasible.In the period of overload experiments,the abnormal condition of acceleration is conducted simulation and on expermental tests.This article introduce a high-overloding,high-precise and low-consumption fuze switch system.And on the basis of these advantages an algorithm for the out of muzzle conduction and on-off is designed to improve the safety of system and reduce the reducing the accident formation rate greatly in ammo’s employing. This is a credible reference for the future tests and designs. |
