The soild-state storage device developed by North University of China is mainly used forcapturing and storing of slow variation parameter,rapid variation parameter and digital valuein the flying process of projectile.The ground test device and the soild-state storage deviceconstitute a closed-loop test loop,which can read,display,process,analysis and storage the datafrom the storage device.In the test site,a lot of testing equipment will be placed in theplace,and the data transmission and test must be completed before the projectile take-offunder the condition of the projectile loaded with fuel.Therefore,in order to ensure thereliability of test and the safety,researchers need to stay away from the projectile,and acquireaccurate signals and data from solid-state storage device,through remote acquisition,codingand records.Therefore,this paper designs a high-speed and remote transmission system,whichcombines LVDS interface technology,optical fiber communication technology and RS errorcorrection coding technology.First of all,by comparing the common data interface,this paper chose LVDS interfacetechnology of superior performance.Then,the main structure and working principle of anLVDS device were analyzed.Finally,using the LVDS device with point-point topology and theembedded clock bits SerDes framework,the system circuit was designed.The principle andadvantages of the optical fiber communication and error correction coding wereintroduced,and the implementation principle of encoding and decoding was emphaticallyanalyzed.Secondly,the hardware and software of the system were designed.In hardwareparts,aiming at long-line differential signal transmission,the the drive and equalizer were usedfor signal driver and the adaptive equalization,the electrical isolation was realized through thephotoelectric coupling isolation circuit,and the method of impedance matching was adopted toensure the integrity of the signal transmission.The photoelectric module interface circuit wasdesigned,a AC-coupling method was used to match LVDS and optical module level,and thehigh-speed PCB wiring problem of differential signal was analyzed.In software parts,detaileddescription of data processing program,as well as analysis of clock module,USB controlmodule and the FPGA logic module are depicted.Specific function was programmed withVHDL language,and using the Quartus II development software simulated function.Theresults show that all functions realized.Finally,the system was systematically tested with ground test bed,and the results showthat this system meet the demand of high-speed and remote transmission between thesolid-state storage device and the ground test bed.
