Non-cooperative target satellite on orbit capture technology is different from thecooperation of the target satellite’s arrest, the main feature is the non cooperative target is thetarget satellite capture, having no special interface for mechanism of arrest, and does notprovide any information for the arrest of arrests, which caused great difficulties, highdifficulty technology. However, it is of great significance for the development of science andtechnology for national defense, guarantee the safety of China’s space technology. And manycountries such as Europe, the United States has made some achievements in the field, whileChina is still at an early stage. Based on the geostationary orbit (GEO) satellite as a target fornon-cooperation, analyzing and summarizing non-capture mechanism on the basis of existingcooperation, presented a new arrest and separation mechanism lock and release the overalltechnology. Verified that under the given conditions of initial capture, the system can capturefor GEO satellite quickly and accurately.According to the general technology scheme proposed, the key parameters of the systemwere matched analysis based on the Hertz contact theory. Has obtained the expansion andcontraction organization expansion and contraction speed range, the attenuator correlationcoefficient scope and the sensor survey scope and the frequency through the analysiscomputation and so on.From the ratchet principle, proposed one kind of capture locking mechanism suitable forthe GEO satellite.Discussed in detail the working principle of the mechanism, and the keytechnology of which is analyzed.Based on the theory of rigid flexible coupling,throughcarrying on the kinematics, dynamics of the established model and finite element simulationanalysis, obtains the capture of the locking mechanism can realize smoothly "petals" openingand closing, which proves the rationality of the structure design, accurate.Finally, through thetesting of the prototype to further verify the rationality of the structure, catch locking mechanism prototype and processing problems during testing and debugging tests, analyzedand summarized,which provides a certain amount of experience for further mechanicaldesign.In view of the existing satellite locking and releasing mechanism is not universal,disadvantages of unitary structure, a technical solutions for locking the non cooperative targetsatellite docking ring was put forward.The scheme has the advantages of simple structure,large locking force, can realize the rapid locking and release of the satellite, while reducingthe contact of two satellite rigid impact, has played the role of a buffer. The key technology oflocking and releasing mechanism were analyzed, then the use of ADAMS analysis ofkinematics simulation was carried out on the built model, the results show that: the dockingring locking and releasing mechanism to the smooth realization of the target satellite dockingring locking and release.
