Throughout the world, especially as such a military power the United States, thedevelopment of automatic weapons is very popular attention. In the developmentprocess of automatic weapons, automatic weapons need to be tested after the recoilparameters such as performance. It’s necessary to test automatic weaponsperformance, in the process of development of automatic weapons, such as recoil. Sois designed for testing recoil. This article is about the design of the recoil simulationtest system of automatic weapon.In this system, it takes the compressed air as the power supply. High-speedSolenoid is used for controlling the high-pressure gas ejected from cylinder. Gaspressure sensor is used for detecting gas pressure parameters. Impact force sensor isused for detecting recoil parameters. Embedded Systems control solenoid valveopening, and collecting recoil parameters and gas pressure parameters, then uploadto the computer. In order to achieve control the whole system, the main controlcomputer sends commands to the embedded system.The design includes hardware design and software design. The hardware haselectrical system design and embedded circuit board design. Electrical systemincludes test bench tilt angle detection and control section, high-speed solenoid valvedrive device parameter detection section, main control computer system, powersupply and other devices. Embedded control section includes MCU control module,memory module, A/D conversion module, serial communication module, relaydriving modules, power modules, and electrical isolation module. Software containsPC software and embedded systems software. Finally, through debugging function ofeach part, the system implements the required functionality.
