| Load Simulator is a passive force servo control system, which can simulate aerodynamicload on aircraft, it is one of the important equipment for ground simulation. With thedevelopment of power electronic technology, the motor performance get improved a lot,electric load simulator gradually in the aerospace, industrial production and other fields hasbeen widely applied. The conventional control strategy combining with PID control isdifficult to carry on the effective inhibition, because of the extra torque and the nonlinear anduncertainty of the system itself. Therefore, in order to improve the control performance ofsystem, the advanced PID control strategy study on the electric load simulator is verynecessary.In this paper, through the analysis of the mechanical structure and working principle ofelectric load simulator, mathematical model of the loading system is established, themechanism of surplus torque are analyzed, all kinds of control strategies are discussed in thecourse of the development of the load simulator. At the same time, their advantages anddisadvantages are pointed out. It use MATLAB software to simulate and analysis theconventional PID control and the advanced PID control, the advanced PID control includingfuzzy PID control and neural network PID control. The simulation results show that advancedPID control strategy can make the output torque of system to track the input torque quicklyand accurately, it can effectively restrain extra torque and improve the control performance. |
