With the progress of science and technology and to accelerate the pace of life, more and more people appeared with eye fatigue, which in turn cause all kinds of eye problems. As is known to all, China is a "glasses" power, and with a accurate and comfortable glasses without rigorous accurate optometry, currently on the market there are a lot of manual comprehensive refractometer, for this refractometer trival, operation of optometry glasses for personnel skills demand is high, less number of lenses, poor maneuverability, the characteristics of this subject designed a kind of automatic comprehensive optometry instrument control system, the product can completely replace manual comprehensive refractometer.In this paper, according to the principle of optometry and flexor process and optical lens, design the control system consists of four parts, respectively, the man-machine interface control system, distance and Angle control system, right and left eye detection system detection system.(1)The good man-machine interactive interface design, provide all kinds of glasses for parameters of synchronous display. Through further study of the lens combination algorithm, making a complete communication protocol, and a serial port communication distance and Angle control system. At the same time, the system design the complete instructions fault tolerant program, guarantee the stability of procedure.(2) Distance and Angle of the design of the control system including hardware circuit design and software programming, man-machine interface via a serial port receives and calibration instructions, distance and Angle of stepper motor control action, at the same time through parallel port to transfer instruction to the left and right eye detection system. The same level system instruction fault tolerant program is designed.(3) Left and right eye detection system including hardware circuit design and software program design, through the parallel port to receive and check instruction, according to the lens combination algorithm, respectively control mirror plate and axis stepper motor motion.After the test, verify the validity of this design and accuracy.
