This paper major special project "based on the embedded DSP wind power gear boxremote health prediction and fault diagnosis system".Wind power generator due to disassembly difficulty, maintenance needs have large shipsand tanks crane, even arouse the helicopter, the maintenance cost is at least2times more land.Face the problem of various fault occurs in the running process of wind generator, toeffectively reduce the fault maintenance losses, have very important sense to avoid the majorfault of the wind generator is safe and reliable, efficient operation. This paper establishes afault diagnosis system for DSP platform to realize the real-time monitoring and diagnosisfunction of wind turbines on the planetary gearbox, fault signal diagnosis and results of signalremote data transmission, in order to achieve the remote monitoring and control effect of.This paper taking wind power planetary gearbox transmission parts as the main researchobject, the analysis of the characteristics of fault vibration signals of wind power planetarygear transmission part, in this paper due to limited conditions, data acquisition equipment atthe scene fan is very difficult, so only a small amount of experimental fault type of geartransmission device to test the intelligent diagnosis this paper build the system. Software isdivided into three parts: the first part is the neural network toolbox of MATLAB is set up inthe gear box fault diagnosis of BP neural network weights and threshold, extraction, then useC language program can be rewritten into the corresponding embedded in DSP, including datadata acquisition, data storage, communication, fault diagnosis, data transmission, the thirdpart is the use of3G data network, the diagnosis results obtained by DSP and part of theoriginal data by wireless data transmission is transmitted to PC.Through the above study, put forward to build a real-time diagnosis system can satisfythe demand of practical work, can be applied to the current wind power equipment,monitoring of wind turbine gearboxes are stable work better.
