Installation of flexible focus photovoltaic system in solar greenhouse can make full use of the extra daylight to generate electricity, and this will help to improve the overall economic efficiency. This thesis puts forward the flexible focus photovoltaic system in solar greenhouse due to solar greenhouse space utilization can be further improved. It mainly studies on the mechanical structure design of the flexible focus photovoltaic system, hardware circuit design of controller parts, and the schematic design of control action and methods.This thesis analyzes the present situation of solar greenhouse firstly, and then it exploratory install and test the feasibility of the flexible focus photovoltaic system applied in solar greenhouse. It mainly studies on the mechanical structure design of the flexible focus photovoltaic system, hardware circuit design of controller parts, and the schematic design of control action and methods. The contents includes the mechanical structure size determination of the flexible focus photovoltaic system, the establishment of three-dimensional model, the encoder signal acquisition circuit of the flexible focus photovoltaic system, the motor control circuit of the dc tubular motor, and the signal acquisition circuit of light intensity sensor, etc. Control action design adopts ARM processor of S3C2440A type, control dc tubular motor rotation to complete the action of the reflective sheeting, and transform the space position of the reflective sheeting, and then using the reflective sheeting focusing the sunlight onto the solar panels to complete the control of the solar incident angle. Reflective sheeting can be rolled up by dc tubular motor when the flexible focus photovoltaic system is not used. Finally, the thesis explains flexible focus photovoltaic system can be applied in solar greenhouse to generate electricity.The flexible focus photovoltaic system designed in this paper complete the mechanical structure parts building and debugging of control actions. The flexible focus photovoltaic system controller can adjust the spatial location of reflective sheeting according to the position of the sun to achieve better focusing effect. Finally, the paper illustrates practical application feasibility of the flexible focus photovoltaic system used in solar greenhouse and the scope of application of it.
