Fluidized Bed Dryer also known as Boiling Dryer, is one of the main equipment in che mical industry, food processing and pharmaceutical industries in the production process, key equipment as the chemical industry, food processing and medicine production process, control the level of its quality will affect the quality of the products and the economic cost of the factory. The working process of fluidized bed dryer is very complex, it is very hard to con trol the controlled object, it has large inertia, nonlinear, multi disturbance factors such as cha racteristics of fluidized bed dryer, the conventional PID control technique is commonly used in industry field, although this kind of control method in the fluidized bed drying has been used in industrial field, but compared with the fluidized bed dryer for these complex control characteristics, the traditional PID if you want to achieve good control results that will be very difficult, the fluctuation range of the material outlet humidity drying, moisture of materi al control is difficult to achieve the required process. So aiming at the serious as of fluidize d bed dryer, large inertia characteristic and the present control status, in order to solve the p roblems encountered in actual production process, this paper uses the method of system simu lation, developed a simulation platform for fluidized bed dryer, in the production of fluidized bed dryer in drying process simulation, the simulation the platform can be used for simulati on and experimental class students for learning.The purpose of this paper is to establish a virtual simulation platform through the produ ction process of fluidized bed dryer, to simulate the real wet material drying process find ou t the control scheme optimization. In addition, for automation majors, drier site can really ha ve the opportunity to practice is not so many opportunities, this paper simulated the simulati on platform can provide the understanding of the actual process of drying engineering actual situation a good model for college students, and promote their understanding of control.This paper introduces the design of mathematic simulation model of the process of fluid ized bed dryer, and advanced control method, summarizes the control status of fluidized bed dryer, and describes the process of fluidized bed dryer control system, and in-depth study o f the technique of system simulation platform based on SIEMENS PCS7development and i mplementation process. And do the following aspects of the study on the simulation system: First, according to the process of fluidized bed dryer, the object of this mechanism for relatively simple process and a fluidized bed dryer in drying process is adopted, the mechani sm modeling method, simulation model is built by using PCS7with them, but also the Conf igure MPC tool, the optimal MPC control parameters.Second, according to the requirements of process control system, optimization design ap propriate control strategy, and the establishment of monitoring operation friendly interface, da ta communication model and control, complete the establishment of simulation system.Third, through the system, I study the system of the PCS7V8.0software, and the study of various functional modules in the PCS7module library and their methods of use, have a deeper understanding of PCS7, and to create a new project in the PCS7system the metho d and concrete steps.
