The garbage disposal has become a major problem in cities since the greater expansion of cities and human activities that causes tons of commodity being wasted.Waste incineration power generation is the one of the main method to cope with waste disposal,which the boiler control system plays as a core technology in this method.Whether the system is stable and efficient directly affects the whole combustion process.In this paper,waste incineration boiler as the research object,the burning of waste incineration boiler,waste combustion process,waste combustion pollutants formation and impact of waste combustion factors were analyzed.Aiming at the process flow of waste incineration boiler and the system structure of waste incineration boiler,the control objectives of waste combustion control system are clarified,the overall control scheme of waste incineration boiler is designed,the difficulties of the overall control scheme and the control task are analyzed.Analysis of drum water level control in the interference of the dynamic characteristics and the difficulty of the water level control,design drum water level control;analysis of superheated steam temperature control difficult to design superheated steam temperature cascade control;at the same time according to the boiler combustion system function design fuel / Air volume ratio control,superheated steam pressure control.Finally,the general scheme of combustible control of waste incineration boiler is put forward,and the advantages and disadvantages of the overall control scheme are analyzed.Based on the PCS7 + WinCC development platform of siemens,the waste incineration control program is configured,programmed according to the field process configuration parameters.At the same time,the PID control module of PCS7 is used to adjust the PID control of the water level control system,and the system is commissioned after the logic configuration.The commissioning control system,the drum water level control system and the superheated steam pressure control system are debugged respectively.The effect of debugging is basically in line with the requirements of control logic,put into operation in line with the requirements of waste incineration,waste incineration flue gas emissions in line with national emissions targets.For better problems solving,as some issues may occur during the operation.It has concluded that eruption with the pan,Nox level fail to maintain a certain level during burning.Gas treatment when extra materials added etc.At present,this project has undergone along the process in a fairy good condition.Automation has taken place while soft and hardware are reliable,leading a less cost of labor force and boosting efficiency.It is a milestone,with the continuous improvement of technology and innovation,waste incineration power generation has a broad development prospects.
