At present the over-consumption of traditional energy leads to the issues of resource shortage and environmental pollution. In order to meet the growing demands for energy resource and reduce the destruction of the environment, the development of research and application of renewable energy is rapid. Specifically, due to the feathers of low cost and huge reserve, wind energy has more benefits than others. However, the increasing demands of installed capacity and unit capacity pose a great challenge for the control system of wind power generator (WPG).A data acquisition process and control system of WPG (DAPC-WPG) based on VxWorks is designed in this thesis, then a novel hill climb algorithm and a robust adaptive control algorithm are proposed to achieve the optimal tracking performance of maximum power pitch angle, finally the system is implemented in VxWorks. The main text content of this thesis is as follows:Review the state-of-the-art of the WPG, describe the composition and principle of WPG, define the system functional requirement, as well as propose the overall system design framework.Propose a hardware framework of DAPC-WPG, and design the main control PCB based on the MCF54455chip with details of the hardware construction and basic circuit; introduce the circuit design scheme of data acquisition process system and remote monitoring system of wind power station.Based on the maximum power point tracking control theory, a novel hill climb algorithm is proposed to calculate and renew the value kopt, of optimal power curve, then a robust adaptive control algorithm is designed to achieve the tracking performance of WPG rotate speed; finally the application program of above algorithms in VxWorks and user interface in C#are designed to verify the effectiveness.
