Development of railway freight transportation overloading and more than30t axle load of large axle load wagon is the goal of the overloading transportation development of our country. Vice frame of radial bogie in China already has a certain foundation on the development of this technology, however, research on more than30t axle load heavy-load transportation is still lacking. In order to guarantee the operation safety of the train, fatigue analysis on the vice frame is necessary. Meanwhile, in the actual operation process, a variety of conditions impact the train including small curves, railway switch, speed, etc. It’s important to make fatigue analysis based on the measured data.In this paper, the test is based on the test train from Beidaniu to Dongye. Based on DZ6vice frame as the research object, we has carried on the dynamic stress to its key position calculated by finite element analysis tracking test, got the stress-time data, fit experimental data to Weibull distribution and compiled the one-dimensional spectrum and two-dimensional spectrum.Three parameters S-N curve is formulated under the coefficient of AAR defects. At the same time, the damage is calculated based on nominal stress and structural stress and is compared with the damage under distribution function. The fatigue life is calculated by the Miner linear cumulative damage theory, Corten nonlinear cumulative damage theory and the power spectral density method. At last, stress correlation of the different parts of the measuring points is analyzed. The spectral analysis is done with fatigue control position under different working conditions. The deduction of big energy source is made.Experimental results show that under the normal casting, the fatigue life of DZ6vice frame can satisfy the operating requirements.
