Urban traffic running situation day by day serious, at the same time, the solutionof the original restriction of the highway transportation and economic development,has already started to evolve into another need to alleviate the problem.With the substantial increase in the number of car ownership in China year byyear, our country has produced many of the highway traffic congestion problem,which has a tendency to increase, the whole highway network rapidly into"congestion era". In view of the above phenomenon, this article through to thehighway status operation system to give the meaning from the traffic state to thetraffic state index system of evaluation standard, from the principles of establishingevaluation index system of the highway traffic state of quantitative evaluationmethods of meticulous analysis, using the potential rules and association, establishedby interval traffic parameters decision of traffic congestion evaluation standard andevaluation standard is determined by the site traffic parameters of traffic congestion.In the index system of the traffic state based on the analysis of the architecture,aiming at the special traffic environment in the highway traffic state discriminationalgorithm is put forward. Algorithm combining the requirements of traffic congestionevaluation standard, the evaluation model, the model is determined by the locationparameters of module, determined by the interval parameter judging module anddiscriminant module is determined by the data fusion of combined form. Study ofeach module are detailed described, respectively, to achieve reliable analysis of trafficstatus, the reasonable monitoring, analysis and implementation of early warning,achieve the goal of traffic management services.At the same time, this article analyzes the important role of traffic emergencydetection, from the basic principle of the freeway traffic incident detection analysis,this paper discusses the influence factors of expressway traffic events, summarizes theautomatic detection of traffic incident classic algorithms, which is proposed based onsupport vector machine (SVM) highway traffic emergency discriminant algorithm,and then to the SVM parameters to search the optimal value, and the introduction ofthe improved particle swarm algorithm, is proposed based on improved PSO-SVM highway traffic emergency discriminant algorithm. Based on the parameters of thenetwork search optimization experiment, based on the parameters of the basic particleswarm optimization experiment and based on improved particle swarm optimizationparameters of the experiment, verified the design performance of the algorithm in thispaper.
