In recent years, with the accelerated process of urbanization, the constructionindustry has achieved rapid development, the construction project has also been arapid development, and has broad market prospects. With the era of knowledgeeconomy, the demand for education increased dramatically in recent years, theChinese government investment in higher education increasing rate of various privateentities also put investment objectives to institutions of higher learning. This makesthe construction of colleges and universities is facing unprecedented developmentopportunities. Facing the new situation of reform and the construction of newuniversity construction and existing universities, institutions of higher educationmanagers and designers in our university campus planning and architectural designin-depth reflection appears more and more important. Our existing many universitieswere built in the planned economy period, most of the campus building layoutaccording to the subject, and "small and closed system" setting, building density andvolume rate is low, the use of the classroom and laboratory rate is not high,engineering pipeline facilities complex, unfavorable to sustainable development.Early in the teaching building function, structure, appearance can not satisfy the needsof teaching, it has become a common problem existing in most. If the blind teachingbuilding demolition and reconstruction is a serious waste of resources, therefore, forthose who can not meet the new era of teaching reform and strengthening teachingbuilding has become an inevitable trend.In this paper, combined with the actual teaching building reinforcementengineering college information transformation, first analyzes the management statusquo of teaching building renovation project information, and lack of time, mainly forthe transformation of the teaching building, the quality problems of building materials,the quality management of teaching building renovation in place, design units andconstruction units fit closely enough, cause analysis of teaching building renovationproject quality information institute. It is necessary to reform the teaching buildingand the school of information, starting from the basic principle of projectmanagement, aiming at the existing problems of the teaching building renovationproject management, analysis of teaching building reinforcement management and control engineering in the whole construction process, from the teaching buildingrenovation project before the implementation, the implementation process, after thecompletion of the three stages of quality control; quality is put forward from theproject implementation of internal quality control and external quality control toensure the transformation of the teaching building.
