| China’s construction industry has entered a high-speed development period since the reform and opening up, and once been a new growth point of national economy. The influxes of social capital make the construction projects’scale and investment leap and bound greatly. The construction quality has a direct impact on the success of the entire project, and a more profound impact on the healthy development of China’s economy. Therefore, higher requirements are put forward to the quality-management work, and further studies done on the construction quality-management system are imperative. Based on these, the study on the quality-management of Shouguang Culture Creative Building is of great theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, quality-management issues are studied and discussed on the basis of fully studying the basic quality-management theories and methods, combined with specific examples. Firstly, it presents a brief introduction of the research background on the significance of quality-management and control, the development of domestic and international situation, and the structure of this paper. Secondly, it explores and analyzes the approaches to the quality-management content, characteristics and causal analysis diagram method and control chart method, which are as the theoretical basis of this study. Thirdly, it reveals the overview of Shouguang Culture Creative Building construction project, the construction plan, the quality-management objectives and implementation plans, which are as an empirical case. By the establishment of the empirical analysis model, the problems and causes existed in Shouguang Culture Creative Building Project Quality-Management are explored, the risk is identified and evaluated by using AHP. Finally, a quality- supervision scheme on Shouguang Culture Creative Building construction project is established, with an expectation to provide a reference for future similar construction quality-management projects. |
