Electric vehicle technology as the pioneer of energy revolution in the early21st centuryhas entered a rapid development period of hybrid electric vehicle technology has entered thecommercial. Compared with the traditional cars, hybrid cars there are many advantages,especially in low fuel consumption and low emissions of these two aspects. With thecontinuous development of computer technology and electronic control technology, theproportion of automobile electronic equipment within the revolutionary improvement,hybrids now,47%of its manufacturing costs from electronic components. Analysis from theperspective of EMC, cars in large electronic system will bring the complex electromagneticenvironment, reduce the reliability of the system, increase the cost of security system. Tomake the automobile electronic system reliable work, at the same time, reduce cost, shouldbe more attention to the design of electromagnetic compatibility.In this paper, based on this background, in order to emc problems in hybrid cars as theresearch object, aiming at this problem from four aspects in this paper: first, theoreticallydiscusses the concepts of electromagnetic compatibility, including the basic theory ofelectromagnetic compatibility, shielding, filtering technology, electromagnetic compatibilitycontrol technology, etc. Second, CAN signal simulation analysis, analyzed the hybridinternal electromagnetic environment, and the signal integrity analysis, after the CANdisturbance source location and testing;Again, based on CAN interfere with the problem,design a set of electromagnetic compatibility EMC overhaul, overhaul included parts ISGmotor controller, VMS vehicle controller, automatic clutch controller, electromagneticcontroller, dashboard controller the five aspects, and completed the implementation of therectification system work;Finally, the optimization result of EMC test vehicle system, themain test content including VMS integral controller CAN interface spectrum test and vehicleCAN network oscilloscope test, the test results show that this design of vehicle EMCrectification system has a good effect, CAN get obvious anti-jamming capability.Through this article analysis and research, can provide a reference for hybrid vehiclesemc problems and basis, so as to promote the development of hybrid electric vehicleindustry.
