Compared with other transportation equipment, the belt conveyor has thecharacteristics of long transportation distance, large delivery and continuoustransportation. Because of these characteristics, the belt conveyor is widely usedin coal mine enterprise. In coal transportation, a series of multi-belt conveyorsare often used to form a long-distance transportation system. Multi-level beltconveyor transportation system is made of variety of equipment, in which beltconveyor is the main equipment in the system, and each belt conveyor is drivenby motor. The energy consumption of the system mainly comes from theconsumption of the electric energy of the motor. So the transportation systemconsisting of multiple belt conveyors consumes a lot of energy. How to reducethe energy consumption and realize the multi-belt conveyor system with theoptimal energy consumption is the problem to be solved urgently for the multi-belt conveyor system.In order to consummate the multi-level belt transport system, improve thecontrol accuracy of the system, aiming at the above problems, firstly, Proposethat use roller conveyor belt speed detection sensor to detect the belt speed ofbelt conveyor system. The device is shaped like a common roller, firm andreliable, with speed sensor as function at the same time saves the cost ofmeasurement of speed and installation space, improve the structure of system;secondly, based on the analysis of the relationship of system Control quantityand detection quantity, this paper adopted RBFNN-PID control algorithm to design the controller; third, in order to reduce the impact produced in materialwhereabouts and vibration effects on the measured data of the belt conveyor inthe running process of the system, use wavelet transform method for noisereduction processing of measurement data, make the system data processingmethod is improved.This paper is divided into four parts to study the design of multilevel beltconveyor speed regulation system. Firstly, introduces the research backgroundand significance of the topic, research status and development both here andabroad; secondly, analysis the design requirements based on the traditionalsystem, design the system work flow and related structure; third, based on theanalysis of the target and process in the control system, design the controlalgorithms based on RBF neural network and PID; fourth, dynamic data of thesystem were analyzed, Put forward the design requirements of data processingalgorithms, design the wavelet de-noising algorithm for system weighting data,and the experimental data of simulation. After analysis, the process of systemcontrol is more accurate and the reliability of the system is improved.
