Study On New-type Curve Mechanism Of High-speed And Low-noise Curve Belt Conveyor

With the rapid development of society,express delivery and E-commerce industry got rapid development,logistics equipment of warehousing conveyor sorting system has brought great challenges.In the same way,curve belt conveyor,as an integral part of conveyor sorting system,faced many problems such as high speed,low noise,stability.The commonly used moving guiding roller form curve belt conveyor and chain guiding form curve belt conveyor,Their guiding devices run along the circle guide rail,there is friction and abrasion wear,so its running speed is limited,running noise is big,and maintenance is inconvenient,cannot meet the requirements of the modern logistics industry,especially the rapid development of the electricity logistics industry,such as high speed,low noise,heavy load,easy installation and disassembly and maintenance.Therefore,designing a new-type of curve belt conveyor has great significance.In this paper,based on the analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the guiding form of the current common curve belt conveyor,Combined with market demand,and designed a new-type guiding form of curve belt conveyor.Introduced the working principle of the fixed guide roller form of curve belt conveyor,analyzed the force of running condition of unloading and loading of curve belt conveyor.Calculated the calculation formula of the cone angle of the curve belt conveyor by analyzing and calculating,determined its relevant parameters,designed a new type of cone roller;calculated the calculation formula of the expansion angle of the curve belt,established the power calculation formula of the curve belt conveyor.Established the model of the curve belt conveyor,done static stiffness and modal analysis of the curve belt conveyor,tested the functional and stability of the experimental prototype,the results showed that the new-type guiding form of curve belt conveyor is effective and practical,the new-type of curve belt conveyor running smoothly,high speed(maximum speed 120m/min),large loading(maximum loading 80kg),low noise(maximum noise 70dB)?...
