The Research On Conceptual Tourism Planning Of The Area Along Benxi Taizi River

From the traditional sightseeing tourism to the holiday traveis is the development direction of tourism. Unlike sightseeing tourism, resort area of leisure has many func-tions, including social meetings, shopping and entertainment, to meet the people’s growing demand for tourism. How to develop tourism products with local characteris-tics based on the characteristics of local resources and the service objects, providing a variety of services according with the concept of modern leisure and consumption, is the research project of leisure and sports tourism development.Conceptual tourism planning, is an exploratory planning means in early regional tourism planning and tourism planning. Conceptual tourism planning is a kind of research means of planning preparation early in the regional tourism planning and tourism planning, is the forward-looking grasp and creative ideas of tourism development in relatively ideal condition, and it focus on the research of overall framework and strategy research. The research of Benxi Taizi River tourism development planning plays an important role in the tourism industry transition development of Benxi City and Benxi county. This paper focuses on the anatomy of theory combined with the research project planning practice. By the specific operation of the actual project, answer the specific operation process and method of conceptual tourism planning based on the resource characteristics of Benxi Manchu Autonomous County in the practice of planning and design.In this study, the region along the Tai-zi River is the research object, and the research is divided into the following sections. The first part (the first chapter): introduces the background, significance, related concepts, research methods and research framework; the second part (the second chapter):a review of the literatures, including the research progress of conceptual planning and conceptual tourism planning and relevant theory, in order to provide theoretical basis and guidance for the planning of area along Tia-zi Rive; the third part (the third-fifth Chapter):The tourism concept planning of area along Tia-zi Rive are discussed, including the planning background, development conditions, development strategy, the development of strategy and tactics, the concept of the project theme, the overall layout planning, zoning and phased construction planning, topic research etc.. This part comes from the practical engineering design project, is to provide counseling for Benxi Manchu Autonomous County People’s government. The fourth part (the sixth chapter):This section points out the conclusion, deficiency and prospect.
