Research On Rural Planning Based On Leisure Tourism

Rural planning based on leisure tourism is a kind of comprehensive project planning which combines the rural and leisure tourism planning.Being leisure tourism-oriented and based on the theory and methods of rural planning and leisure tourism,this kind of rural planning integrates the rural residents living space and leisure space organically and formulates overall planning by comprehensive analysis of the resource featured by local village,development orientation, spatial arrangement,renewal of buildings,landscape creation and infrastructure to build the rural human settlements with comfort,convenience and gorgeous scenery.Based on the residential environment theory,rural tourism theory,organic renewal theory and participatory development theory,this paper first defines the connotation of rural leisure tourism planning,and establishes the corresponding planning framework,and then take the Tan Yukou village of Hu County as a empirical case to discuss the planning and construction issues of leisure tourism countryside.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The process of rural space integration is connotations of rural planning.Rural planning based on leisure tourism let the tourism space be integrated into the original space of villege.This type of village have two functions,the one is basic function,another is tourism function.(2)The Tan Yukou Village is located in the segment of the north Qinling Mountains leisure tourism belt which belongs to the Hu County,and its leading industry is grape planting.Benefited from the diversities of natural conditions,it has plenty of leisure tourist resources and comfortable dwelling environment,and the local residents have a strong will to develop the rural tourism.Judging from various conditions,the rural construction for leisure tourism is the best path for development of local villages.(3)The industry orientation of the Tan Yukou Village is to develop composite industries which combine the grape planting and leisure tourism together,and to form the spatial pattern which consist of "an axis,seven nodes and three areas",and all industries will be layout in the eight functional areas.(4)The main contents of this planning include the renewal and reconstruction of existing buildings,the new building design,rural landscape design,composite traffic system planning,public service and infrastructure promotion planning.
