In recent years, the frequent occurrence of natural disasters is in China, Not only caused some casualties, but also the economy of our country had a certain loss. Such as damage to buildings, traffic, water, electricity, gas and other daily life necessary facilities etc. Without electricity, a series of problems will happen, such as absent of communication and lighting. In order to solve the disaster area or other power demand falls, the solar emergency truck is designed. The vehicle can achieve16m length of solar panels while unfolding, and can fold into a small container in free time. Based on certain solar emergency vehicle as the research object, the application of the structural strength and dynamics simulation technology and soft structure strength analysis of the vehicle use of telescopic mechanism research, carried out under the static strength, work intensity, wind load intensity and structure parameter optimization, etc.The solar emergency truck has been designed in the way of experience. Only some important parts of the structure are calculated. The car’s prototype has been produced and tested in experiment. The ANSYS finite element analysis software based on the maximum stress, including analysis of static structural strength of the working condition of the vehicle with the solar panels. The results show that the structure satisfies the basic safety standards.The solar panels in the process of transportation are contracted. And in the working status it is fully extended. Stretching back of solar panels is a mechanism motion process. The process meeting the requirements of strength in the mechanism motion is difficult. Based on ANSYS software, the process of lifting, stretching, rotating of platform is calculated in structure strength to get the location of the largest stress. The analysis results show that the movement of structure satisfies the requirement of structure strength.In the thesis, as much as possible to reduce the structure weight is a very important objective that changes the parameters of key components of geometry size at the same time of requirements of structural strength. Based on ANSYS software, decreasing the size of telescopic guide rail height and platform width, the structure is calculated under the condition of strength and stress field. Optimization analysis results show that the structure meets the requirements of structural strength even if it loses about38%of weight.
