With the development of digital assembly technology, it puts forward the new challenge to the large aircraft engine mounting technology. In recent years in the production line of small plane pulsating, and it also appeared to install car model engine, integrated lifting and adjusting functions, improve installation quality and efficiency. But the large aircraft engine installed is still used the original way, and it needs to improve as the major part butt assembly key part.Aero engine has the disadvantages of big volume, complicated structure, installation of the small gap, installation, the aircraft engine handling is difficult to achieve adjusting and positioning accuracy, the handling of quality will have an important impact on the dynamic performance of aircraft. At present the domestic aircraft manufacturers and airlines are widely used in the traditional method of manual installation installation of aero engine, the traditional installation method is not only inefficient installation, and installation accuracy, already can’t adapt to the requirements of assembly of high quality, high efficiency of modern large aircraft manufacturing. This paper takes a plane of aviation engine manufacturing enterprises as the background of the installation, installation technology of automatic engine air cushion and digital based on location, the main contents and innovations include the following aspects:(1) Given the large aircraft engine installation layout design, technical process and specification; and the air cushion technology applied in engine installation, the air cushion vehicle of transmission analysis, including the parking brake, speed and acceleration analysis and calculation under three conditions.(2) The design method and steps are given lifting mechanism comprises a lifting device, main structure, and the top affiliated U frame; finite element calculation and analysis of lifting column and the front support frame stress and displacement under different conditions, the designed to test the lifting column and the supporting frame can meet the strength requirements and industry standards and specifications.(3) Structure design scheme is given NC positioner, and combined with the modeling of NC positioner were analyzed by CATIA software, the analysis and calculation of positioner under various conditions of stress and displacement. When the locator respectively in four extreme positions, the maximum displacement and maximum principal stress locators have little difference.(4) Combined with practical engineering experience and puts forward the overall scheme of engine docking, and a detailed analysis of the working principle of the system, including the principle of adjusting control system and synchronization control principle; finally, the practical steps of docking process engine and adjusting mechanism is given, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the production.The research work in this paper is not only for large aircraft engine installation method presents a new automatic installation technology, combined with practical engineering experience provides support and guidance for the practice of production. To lay a good foundation for development of large aircraft engines installed equipment of the research work, at the same time, in order to solve the problem of domestic aircraft digital assembly technology provides technical support.
