Assembling is the most critical and complex part in the development of aircraft products.The quality of assembly is related to the whole life cycle of aircraft.Among them,the relative position of each part of the aircraft,especially the positioning relationship between each major part and its remaining components in space and its assembly process will also become the key technical problem faced by the new research,and its positioning accuracy directly affects the safety and life of the aircraft flying in the air.In order to improve the positioning accuracy of the whole aircraft assembly,in the aspect of attitude adjustment,China's assembly technology is moving forward and developing in the field of advanced digital and automatic attitude adjustment,laying a solid technical foundation for the reliability of the whole life cycle of the aircraft.This paper focuses on the attitude adjustment and docking system of large aircraft components.Firstly,the mathematical principle,motion principle and attitude adjustment docking system of the attitude adjustment docking system are analyzed and designed in detail.Then focus on the overall design of the attitude adjustment docking system from the aspects of process planning,overall scheme design,etc.,and get the design and manufacturing scheme.The mechanical system of the docking verification platform was completely designed,including the structural composition of the mechanical system and the selection and analysis of key finished products.In the structure,it mainly discusses and designs the key difficult parts such as the NC positioner system and fixed platform,and makes in-depth selection of key finished products such as servo motors,ball screws,linear guides,etc.,to ensure the reasonable structure Sex and integrity.The adjustment method of the docking verification platform is discussed and researched.Based on the installation technical requirements,an OTS pre-assembly technology innovation is first proposed.Then,from the aspects of improving the accuracy of the laser tracker,adjusting the XYZ guide base,and adjusting the positioner and the base,a new type of fine adjustment method based on the laser tracker was developed to ensure the high-precision installation of the mechanical system and run.The integrated control system of the docking verification platform is designed in detail,which mainly includes key contents such as control system,software integration system,software architecture design,interface definition,etc.,and provides technical guarantee for the automation and programmatic operation of the docking platform.Experimental verification was performed on the docking verification platform.The experimental results show that the accuracy of the docking verification platform is within the theoretical tolerance range,which can meet the design and use requirements.This paper is the design and key technology research of aircraft parts attitude adjustment docking system,developed a set of aircraft digital attitude adjustment docking verification platform,developed a set of digital attitude adjustment docking operation software,researched and applied an OTS based on laser tracker Pre-assembly technology,a high-precision adjustment method is summarized,detailed experimental verification schemes and processes are designed,and through continuous exploration and research,the key technology of digital position adjustment and docking of components is gradually mastered,which improves the aircraft product The quality of the assembly saves the assembly cycle,saves the production cost,and has high promotion value.
