The automatic detection equipment is applied to the accurate measurement of buildings’ height and the directly printing on the ground during the buildings’ acceptance. Since the problems existed in the less accuracy of the floors’ height measuring, the restrictions of the data’s site printing and wasting of time, this paper is aimed at developing a kind of system which can solve the problems mentioned before and can be much more intelligent, accurate. This article’s main works are as follows:(1)The design of new type of automatic self-leveling systemAccording to the measurement of floor heights’ needs, this paper developed a self-leveling system by using gyroscope to acquisition attitude information of cargo plane with laser rangefinder, based on MCU outputs PWM signal to control two servo helm gears made the cargo plane leveling completed, to ensure the precision of the measured data.(2)Implementation of automatic printing technology for rough surfaceDevelop an automatic printing device using DC motor and ball screw to make print head move horizontally. The printing head is designed by using the relay control solenoid pull-in seven segments, combined with mimeographed sponge layer to make data printed in the rough surface.(3)The design and development of intelligent control systemPut STM32F103 as main control module to complete the hardware circuit of angle detection module sensor, distance measurement sensor, actuators and power supply module in application system. And complete software design of distance measurement system and printing system.(4)The experiments and analysis of systemThe experiments’ results showed that the developed system required less than 5s in floor’s height measurement, and the device can print three figures on the rough ground required less than 45 s, each digital pitch is 0.5cm, and the quality of printing is fine. Against lacking of the quantity of dititals and the efficiency of printing, proposed improvement program.
