In recent years, DG(Distributed Generation) is got more and more attention in the countries, the micro hydro power system as an kind of distributed power supply system, it has a widely used. In our country, there are a lot of remote areas such as small mountains which is rich in water resources, the power is can be reached in these areas. So achieve the complementation between micro hydro power and grid is an important part of sustainable development strategy in our country.This paper has a general research for self-excited asynchronous generator, as the output power quality of self-excited asynchronous generator is one of the key research in the system, through the analysis of working principle, found that the self-excited asynchronous generator of load ability is poor, when add the load, the output voitage is fast landing. It’s concluded the change trend by analyzing the relationship of self-excited asynchronous generator and the change of capacitance and speed, and can be controlled; This paper studied a kind of micro hydro power feedback topology structure, which analyzes principle of the new system in detail, and the main components are selected by precise calculation. It’s aimed that the balance of power is put into grid through the rectifier and inverter by unit power factor when the generator output power is higher than the user load, and can improve the peripheral power quality of power grid; By analyzing the mathematics model of rectifier in machine side and inverter in grid side, designed respectively the hysteresis current control strategy and the double loop control strategy of inner current and out voltage, which achieve to grid connected by unit power factor, and the method of pole assignment is given to the parameters of the voltage loop and current loop, simulation platform is built by using MATLAB/simulink.Building the experiment platform of micro hydro power system based on self-excited asynchronous generator. By analyzing the change that the voltage and current of self-excited asynchronous generator and grid current and grid voltage, verifying the stability of system and the dynamic balance of the power, and through the analysis of the harmonic, verifying the feasibility and reliability of the scheme.
